A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDERS. Last minute cake orders must be paid in full at time of order. Deposit refunds will not be made for cancellations and are non- transferable.

Orders are not booked and confirmed until we have received a deposit or full payment.

I require at least a 7 days notice for All changes. No changes to size, flavor or decoration can be made after this time. I am always happy to add cupcakes to orders in the event that you need to serve more guests.

In the case of a postponement, the non- refundable deposit will be applied as a credit to your next order in the event that a family emergency has postponed your event and you have given us at least a 1 week notice.

In the event of Missed or Forgotten Pickups, I make every attempt to contact you. It is very important you arrive during your scheduled pick-up time as I may not be available before or after this time. Your order will be available for pick-up the following business day if I am available, but you are responsible for the remaining balance in the event of a no-show. Deposits will not be refunded.

Last minute orders made within 72 hours from pickup date are Final when placed & cannot be changed.

I promise to do my best to provide the best tasting and best - looking cakes and bakery items around. Custom orders are created with love just for you. Please keep in mind that no two pieces of art made by people are ever exactly alike!

Once an item has been picked up by You or Your Designated Party, and Leaves Our Shop, it is considered "Accepted".

In the event that we have made a major mistake to the design theme (butterflies instead of dinosaurs for example) and you alert us at the time of pickup,
every attempt will be made to correct this error in a timely manner before you leave our shop. In the event that we are unable to correct our mistake before
your event, you can choose not to accept the cake and will not be held responsible for the balance due. No refunds will be given for color selections or minor design discrepancies.

Dessert platters rented out for a dessert table shall be returned no more than 3 days after event in the same condition as they were when set up (no brokenor chipped pieces/same amount platters as were used/washed). If any rentals are broken or missing, there will be an additional fee charged.
